Policies & Cancellations
Online booking
All cutting and coloring services on our service menu, with the exception of the a la carte section, include timing and pricing for a haircut and/or finish (i.e. when booking a color service you do not need to then select an additional haircut or blowout service).
Rescheduling & Cancellations
At SOS we respect our guests time and expect the same in return. Rescheduling or canceling an appointment last minute leaves time our stylists are unable to fill. Upon booking with us, a card will be held on file to hold the time your service requires and ensure our policies are upheld. All color and extension services will require a deposit to hold the allotted time. All new client bookings will require a deposit. Rescheduling one business day before your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Appointments rescheduled or canceled same day will be charge 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will automatically be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Keep in mind we are closed Sundays, therefore they do not count as a business days. If you are rescheduling or canceling a Monday appointment we will need to be notified on Saturday during business hours.
Services Adjustments or “re-colors”
SOS is happy to make adjustments if notified within seven days of service. The service will be provided by the initial stylist. If you request a different stylist, the full charge will apply.
Extensions
All extensions require a consultation. The hair must be purchased through the salon, in person. This helps ensure that the client and stylist are in agreement on extension color and cost. We do not work on any individual who has extensions from another salon, unless it is for a removal.

This services is for those who get a clipper cut or a scissor cut, short on the sides and back, longer on top.
